News about quantum computers usually comes from the USA. Google, IBM and Microsoft dominate development. European companies hardly play a role, despite excellent quantum research at universities. The Austrian-Swiss joint venture QMware wants to change that. Together, the start-up Terra Quantum and the company Novarion are entering the race for the miracle computers.
