The University of Applied Sciences in Vienna plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world applications. This summer, they extend their commitment to quantum technology by hosting another summer school event. Aspiring students, along with quantum professionals from both academia and industry, are gathering to immerse themselves in quantum theory's rich tapestry and its transformative practical applications.QMware AG is honored to be part of this initiative once again, especially with the collaborative support of the Software Competence Center Hagenberg. This year, we are eager to present our cornerstone initiative, QuantumReady. Our objective is to bolster Austria's industrial sector's readiness for the quantum era, aptly titled, "Making Austria's industry quantum ready".We're particularly excited to have Stefan Hillmich join our VP Sales and Partner Management, Jalal El-Youssef, on stage to introduce the QuantumReady initiative. This project, birthed in collaboration with our valued partners at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, ESS - Engineering Software Steyr, and HAKOM Time Series, and with the financial backing of FFG Austrian Research Promotion Agency Quantum Austria, is designed to democratize quantum technology. By providing early access to businesses and SMEs, we're crafting a path towards quantum-augmented business solutions, ensuring Austria remains at the forefront of this technological revolution.
